A fictional healthcare organisation needs better visibility into appointments, patient flow, admissions, readmissions and facility capacity. I built a tested dbt and BigQuery reporting layer that separates appointments, encounters and admissions and produces operational KPIs such as no-show rate, wait time, length of stay and bed occupancy.

SEMANTIC LAYER FOR BUSINESS ANALYTICS
Jaffle Shop Wren AI
Order totals can change when payment joins duplicate rows or currency is converted twice. Using the Jaffle Shop sample dataset, I built a Wren semantic layer over a dbt-built DuckDB warehouse to make those rules explicit. I reconciled order and payment amounts and checked that the monthly view and metrics cube agreed. The public dashboard contains saved, independently verified example answers.

Exploratory analysis of 113,937 US loan records and 81 variables, focused on borrower characteristics, loan performance and relationships between lending variables.

Customer Churn Prediction
Telecom churn modelling comparing Logistic Regression, Decision Tree and Support Vector Machines. The retained Logistic Regression model achieved an AUC of 0.8387.

I work on data transformation, modelling, metric definition and reporting. My focus is making sure analysts and business teams have consistent data they can use without rebuilding the same logic in different places.
My background includes BI engineering, data quality, customer operations and analytics. That experience helps me understand business questions and turn them into useful data models, metrics and reports.
